    Sr. Josephine Garrett

    SR. JOSEPHINE GARRETT...

     

    was born and raised Baptist in Houston, Texas. She entered the Catholic Church shortly after graduating college, and in 2011, she began her religious formation with the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth. She is a nationally certified and licensed counselor, a board member of the Laboure Society and Life Teen, the author of Hope: An Invitation, and the host of the Hope Stories podcast.

      Fr. Mike Schmitz

      FR. MIKE SCHMITZ...

       

      is the host of the popular Ascension podcasts Bible in a Year and Catechism in a Year. Fr. Mike serves as the director of Youth and Young Adult Ministry for the Diocese of Duluth, as well as the chaplain for the Newman Center at the University of Minnesota-Duluth. He has appeared in programs for youth and young adults through Ascension Press, as well as through regular short video messages on Ascension Presents.

        Sr. Miriam James Heidland

        SR. MIRIAM JAMES HEIDLAND...

         

        is a former Division I athlete who had a radical conversion and joined the Society of Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity in 1998. Her story has been featured on EWTN, at Catholic conferences, and through other outlets. She holds a master’s degree in theology and leads healing retreats across the nation. Sr. Miriam hosts the podcast Abiding Together and has authored several books. She tweets at @onegroovynun.
