The heart of the National Eucharistic Revival is a return to our first love: Jesus in the Eucharist. But we aren’t called to keep him to ourselves! This Revival seeks to unleash new missionaries to bring the healing presence of Jesus in the Eucharist to the margins.
Before every great mission in the Bible, there was a commissioning, anointing, or outpouring of the Holy Spirit. At the National Eucharistic Congress, the Church in the United States will gather in a new “Upper Room,” boldly anticipating a new Pentecost.
God will anoint our Church for a new season of Eucharistic mission, and we will be sent back home to our communities, on fire for Christ and ready for the Year of Mission ahead. Who will bring that holy fire back to your community?
